Pan,& tan no. change

08 December 2015 Dear sir,

we are entered in to a contract with a pvt.Ltd.co. But recently our contractor has changed his co. name but status of company is same i.e Pvt.Ltd.Company.

In above case is it necessary to change contractor's company PAN No., TAN No. CIN No.

Please guide in above matter.

08 December 2015 No Company's PAN, TAN & CIN will not be changed. Only They have to file correction form for PAN & TAN.
