I WANT TO KNOW THAT
IF ANY PERSON WORKING IN A PVT COMPANY AND COMPANY DEDUCTED TDS.
PAN HOLDER WAS EXPIRED AND HOW TO CLIM REFIND BY HIS WIFE.

An application is to be made to the jurisdictional AO for claiming refund along with copy of death certificate.
