I want to file Pan correction applacation.For filling application i need list of gazetted officer and format of gazetted letter to be submitted with it.

Government Officers,state as well as central, whose appointment/transfer are notified through Gazette Notification are called Gazetted officers . Some posts like Head Master of a Government school, some head of Gov.institution etc are also given Gazetted rank. Hundreds of Govt. departments are functioning and spread all over the country. No one can have a consolidated list of all of them.

whether on the photograph of applicant, sign and stamp of the officer is required to be done?

The gazetted officer has to sign across the photograph of the applicant and to affix his/her(officer) name seal along side the photograph.
