1. photo of minor affixed in pan card proof?

2.which documents of minor required for pan card purpose?

3. which documents of legal Representative required?

4. in whose person sing in application form minor or legal Representative?

2. ration card or any such which can provve the identity and address of minor.
3.proving that person is his gurdian or looks after him.

4.that u need to ask the concerned official in this regard.
