pan card initials problem

08 June 2011 I have initial in my name. My name is "maneesh kumar pallikkal". In my pan application form I will give entire name in the first name,last name,surname columns(as per passport) .As in my bank records and other records i have maneesh kumar p. So I want to give maneesh kumar p as name displayed(printed) in the card.its possible right?They will display the name with initials right? plz help me.only after that i have to apply for pan details update.Then one more doubt , are notary peoples are gazzeted officers
