25 February 2021 A private trust which has movable property only does not need to be registered. However, a private trust with immovable property needs to be registered.
Stamp duty various from state to state contact the local people.

I know that it needs to be registered but my questions are:
1. does it need to be notarized as well?
2. where we need to get the deed registered?
