I obtained a PAN card at the age of 17.
I am now 20.What is the process to get my PAN card 'upgraded' to Major?

Apply for reprint/correction in PAN Data and give your photo and signature and Photo and Identity proof. You will get the PAN card with your photo and signature but the PAN no will remain same.
