I have applied for my mother's pan card through utisl....i have checked aadhar card as date of birth proof, address proof and as identity proof.
So i am attaching copy of aadhar card as proof. Whether it is to be send as self attested????and in the form in the last page where it is written ''I have enclosed''....i have to mentioned aadhar card copy????
