ONE OF MY CLIENT HAVING BUSINESS FROM PAST 10 YRS BUT AS PER HIS PAN CARD THE DATE OF BIRTH IS WRONG I.E 15/02/1949 IN PAN CARD BUT AS PER ELLECTION CARD IT SETS AS 15/02/1955 NOW HE WANTS LOAN SO CAN WE CHANGE DATE OF BIRTH TO 15/02/1955 SO HE WILL GET A LOAN. AND WHT ABT INCOME TAX & HIS OLD RETURNS

If you are having proper documents for correct date of birth you can give for correction. the earlier return no problem since already filed with existing information the returns are vaild only
