PAN and return filing

18 July 2011 Respected sir/s,
actually i am new comer in our CA field so some basic questions are in my mind..
1. Is there such that every PAN Card holder have to file return from the year in which he is allotted PAN upto the end of his life span?
2. or he can start filing his income tax return after his income actually started?
3. hoe to file online ITRs?
4. is there any link to download ITRs?

Kindly give me the solutions as early as possible,please.

18 July 2011 1.No. even you have PAN,only if you have taxable income then you can file the return

2.Yes. you can file the return after income started

3.Visit:https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do
link register with PAN & download related ITR and fill and upload the return
