Pan and legal name mismatch

15 May 2018 Dear Sir,
While registering GST, the following message is coming:
"pan and legal name is not matching with CBDT data base.
Please submit PAN and Legal Nmae after validating with CBDT data base.

Please give suitable solutions

15 May 2018 You have to enter name as per income tax/ PAN card in the legal name field. Business name will be entered in Trade Name field.

16 May 2018 Some times it's reflected in case system's error...

Otherwise Your PAN name is Your Legal name. Check Your PAN number and Your company Name in income Tax website
