Outward remittances - any declaration required under fema?

Dear Friends,
Is there any reporting requirement under FEMA rules or RBI for Outward remittances for purchase of goods by a company.
The remittances will be done every monthas per RBI procedure(Form A1)only.
But my question is whether any return filing.. whether monthly or annually exists??
Kindly help me out.. Thanks
