Dear Sir, We have received a bill from one of the authorised vendor against the charges for disposal of waste from our factory to the authorised effluent treatement plant.
In the bill he mentions that the charges are against the disposal of waste as (operating charges).
Do we have to dedcut TDS in this transaction. If yes then under which section
