can i change the challan details for correction?

Nikhil Kaushik & Tushar Sampat.
I have already visited the above link.
I also go through the e-tutorials of traces in that all type of correction are allowed whether it is 'edit matched challan details' or 'reset matched challan details.'
But customer care of traces said that "only 3 types of correction are allowed.Reset of matched challan are not allowed"
I don't know what to do for the same .
I have to reset matched challan details but the link of reset match challan is not working. Kindly help me to solve the above problem.
