I had filled my Service Tax Return manually for the FY - 10-11 instead of Online Filling of return through ACES due to non Availability of ID & Password.
The concern department send notice of show cause regarding non filling of online return.My quarry is what is the maximum penalty of non filling of online return.

make reply to show cause that due to failure at portal you have submitted the return to department in manual format, and request them to drop the proceedings of scn
