how can i apply online after fill up macrobased excel sheet?

Mr Nitin,
On line registration is done by filling up the required application form,like VAT Form 1 in Karnataka,in all states.It is not an excel sheet.You also have to upload the documents,like rent agrements,articles of association,voter,s identity etc as called for.After noting down your application the department will call you up to appear in concerned VAT office with further details and payment of registration fee etc.When this procedure is completed(with an inspection report also) a registraton certiicate will be issued with a TIN no...mjk
