Online incorporation of companies

Can anybody please guide me the procedure for online incorporation of company which is now possible from this very date i.e. 11th August,2011 as mentioned in General Circular No. 49/2011 no.2/10/2011-CL. V, issued by MCA

Even before this general circular, incorporation forms had to be filed online through MCA portal. With the introduction of the referred circular, the cardinal procedure has not been changed. But to speed up the procedure of registration, if the e-forms are certified by a practicing professional of CA/CWA/CS institutes, registration will be granted instant ie., what clause 3 of the referred circular says.

Actually my our company is in Delhi and wants to Register a company in Rajasthan and we can comfortably do that sitting in Delhi, still tell me the checklist to be kept in mind for the same.
