sir,
i m going to speed post my pdf on 3rd march is it ok.i have filled my form on 28th feb.pls help they are telling last date to submit is 5th march.will my pdf reach before 5th march

It depending on the distance of travel of the post. However for minimum two days takes to delivery of the speed post. I think you are in peak stage. Better to post today and immediately.
