27 June 2011 Is service tax leviable for fees charged by any fitness centre for aerobics/gym/yoga?? (as the FIn Min has exempted Service Tax on health etc)

27 June 2011 According to me Any service provided or to be provided to any person, by a health club and fitness centre in relation to health and fitness services is taxable and the provider will be liable to pay service tax.
