I want to know what is the GST rate on old HDPE bags.. Old HDPE bags means all kind of plastic bags which we get from grocery shops which is scrap to them from emptying sugar, wheat, Rice etc

It appears to be classifiable under Chapter 3915 taxable at GST rate of 18%.
