Offline rectification for online itr

Sir/Madam,
I want to know whether we can file offline rectification u/s 154 against processing of ITR u/s 143(1) which was filed online.
My deductor has issued me Form 16A for which I have applied as a refund in my ITR.
But CPC banglore has rejected it due to non filling of TDS return by deductor.
I physically hold form 16A but deductor is not filling his TDS return.

Off line rectification is not permitted for the original return filed on line.
In such a situation ,the only remedy is,request the deductor to file the TDS return, then your tax credit will automatically reflect in the form 26AS. After that file the rectification return online which will enable you for the refund.
