29 October 2010 Dear Sir / Madam,

As per new notification of service tax in regards to ODC services, is the service now exempted from service tax ?

Please reply with the exact interpretation o f the circular.

Outdoor Caterer’s Service :-

Exemption to outdoor catering service provided by a Non-Government Organization registered under any Central/State Act under centrally assisted Mid-Day Meal Scheme only .
