Whether it is mandatory to file TDS Return even if no TDS is deducted by the company.
Its been a year since no TDS is being deducted, is it advisable to surrender the TAN as such.

Nil TDS return is not mandatory and also presently CBDT made that TDS statement can not be filed without quoting any valid challan and deductee row.
Incase further deduction is not expected, you can surrender else, keep the same
