Nov 2012 exam for ipcc students transfering to new scheme

17 August 2012 I am a graduate doing IPCC. I haven't cleared both groups. I registered for Nov 2012 exam. I want to convert to new scheme and start my articleship as soon as possible. As per notification dated 16 Aug 2012 existing IPCC students registering to Intermediate through transition provision is eligible for exams only after 9 months practical training. Ie; on May 2013.

Can i join articleship in this Aug and do IPCE Nov 2012 as i already completed 9 months period after registeration?

22 August 2012 As per notification stated above, as i am already registered for Nov 2012 IPCC exam, am i eligible for direct entry to articleship before 30 Sept 2012? If so the institute refund Nov examination fee?
