Notification 9/2013 was issued on 08/05/2013 to amend entry No.12 of Notification N.26/2012 .
The diffrence between both the notifications is that
were the notification No.26/2012 provide for an abatement of 75% on construcion of a complex ,building etc(whether residential complex or comercial complex)
The Notificaation No.9/2013 amending notification no.26/2012 provides for an abtement of 75% in case of construction of residential complex with carpet area of upto 2000 sq ft and Amount less than 1 crore and in othercases an abatement of 70%.
The diffrence between both the notifications is that
