22 August 2017 My friend has received a notice u/s 143(3) to furnish return of income for A.Y. 10-11(in response to earlier notice u/s 148). As well as to produce necessary evidence and profit and loss account, Balance sheet and capital account for F.Y. 09-10 and F.Y. 10-11.

Further it has also been asked to provide source of income in commodity transaction occurred in F.Y. 09-10.

My friend has not filed any return for any assessment year.
