Notice u/s 139(9)

I have received a notice u/s 139(9) but it has not been mentioned the password as usually mentioned on it. How can i get that password??

The password for opening the file will be in small letter pan and date of birth
Eg.:-
PAN:- AAAPS8888A
DOB:- 08/08/1993
Password will be:- aaaps8888a08081993
Eg.:-
PAN:- AAAPS8888A
DOB:- 08/08/1993
Password will be:- aaaps8888a08081993

Additionally no space should be left in between the pan and dob.

I am not talking about that. We need a password to file the rectification of defective return which is mentioned in the notice. But this time it is not mentioned on it. Then how to get that password???
