01 October 2012 I want to give notice to retiring auditor regarding his non appointment in AGM and appointing new auditor in his place and must want to mention the resolution which passed in AGM....
so plz help me by sending format of notice regarding this topic..

I think, the provision of removal of auditors will be apply as given in section 225 of the Companies Act, 1956.

01 October 2012 but to give notice to retiring auditor is somewhat different..I want to inform retiring auditor that new auditor has been appointed.Ib want notice format for that

01 October 2012 whether the earlier auditor has given their consent or the the company has given letter of resignation to earlier auditor.
