10 August 2011 Please help me I was talking about notice which we received from ITO office reason for depositing tax one year late. I am just new accountant in my office & our CA not taking responsibly of this dangerous mistake. In my opinion both our old accountant & CA are responsible for this.Please how can i solve this problem because our Manager not presented this time in india Can i solve this matter i just want to do because our employer is such a good person & i don't want to see him in any problem. Please send me the Any of letter which i presented in IT office in help us solving this matter.Please do this for such ggod human being because last presentation of 11 August

10 August 2011 Just write a letter that the owner was out of India and there was change in the accounts department and it has escaped from every body's mine. Anyhow, the your company is liable for payment of interest only and once you pay the interest the matter is automatically solved.
