I am pursuing CS (Executive Programme) through self-study. I need notes on Company Law, Securities Laws and Economic & Labour Laws. I shall be grateful if you could kindly provide me the same urgently.

Are the ICSI Study materials self-sufficient? If not, in what subjects I should refer to additional reading materials? Please recommend name of some reference books with author’s names for CS (Executive Programme).

11 November 2009 i think that Study materials(icsi) is sufficient for study. even then you refer books --
tax laws - Banger
company law- Munish Bhandari

scanner & guideline answers(icsi) will be help you in study. BEST OF LUCK..
