Not yet received refund amount for a.y.09-10

I had not received yet income tax refund amounting to Rs. 9200 for the A.Y.09-10.
I had send an letter to the income tax department for the same, but there is no reply from their end.
Pls help me, I had filed online return(ITR-2).
