Not having bank a/c for filling income tax returns

Hello Sir/Madam,
My brother has not a bank a/c in bank & he got salary of rs. 190000 for the year.so what can i do for his returns? Can i file returns mention my bank a/c on his itr-1 for assessment year 2011-12.& if not than what can i do further?
