I have received a notice from income tax department. regarding non filing of itr for financial year 2012-13. now while filing itr.. it is showing error time limit over. please tell me how can I file the itr

File manual return with your jurisdictional AO. Time limit is over for E filing for that year.

If your Income is below threshold limit then submit online response.
