Dear Sir/Madam,
Please explain the consequences of non filing of income tax returns by an entity registered under Section 12A of Income Tax Act of 1961 with in the due date prescribed.
When is the last due date for filing the returns for above said entities
I will be happy if you experts explain with the section reference
