Can all the Directors in WOS of unlisted public Co. be non executive Director.

technically in this case there would be no directors in full time.

For listed company, it is required to have combination executive and non-executive directors.

There is no mandatory provisions that you have full time director. its only requirement to have executive directors. It means MD and their relatives.
