Non deduction of TDS on income
one of person give the form 15 H to my company to non deduction of TDS on interest income , form 15 H given by him with full details but not stamped or any document attached from income tax department , it is sufficient form 15 H to non deduction of TDS.

It is a sort of declaration for no deduction of TDS which is not required to be accompanied by any document.
