since the levy of service tax i have doubt for the purpose of Luxury Tax service tax has to be included from the taxable value.

13 May 2011 The service tax need not be charged on luxury tax as the same are applicable simultaneously. The laest dept. ciorcular also clarifies this, therefore no issues expected in this reagrd.
