01 September 2012 I have registered for IPCC in January 2009 after passing CPT but have cleared neither group till date. Am i eligible to apply for articled training under the new scheme by paying the requisite fees for conversion and article ship? I am confused as to whether I have to re-attend the orientation and ITT course and pay Rs 7000/- for the same.
