New format for form no 16 & 16A

It will be nice of you if you can refer a site from where the new format in Xcel can be downloaded.

I have been to Tax guru site before posting my querry & downloaded both the forms in Xcel format,but the difficulty is that at the bottom of the form where the date & the challan no has to be filled in - has been locked by the author, as a result 'o' (zero)cannot be typed.
How to solve it - that is the reason why I have put this querry in the first place itself.
