Dear Sir,
I am working at Paper manufacturing unit. One of our supplier suppling Spary Starch Power (Tariff Heading Sub Heading No.3505.10.90) and charging ED @12.36%. What is the new rate of ED after new Budject announced by FM on 18.02.13.
