18 May 2014 I was doing ni there it was written as per reserve bank of India act no one can issue bearer instrument other than it own. then hoe the cheques are in bearer form. please help really confused

19 May 2014 Ya so whats the problem? Take it practically that if u wana pay someone or say u wana draw a decent amount from Bank(ur A/c) then u must issue check n have to put sign of ur own only.
