Can you plz clarify one of my doubt..

1. We are paying office rent, furniture rent & Godown Rent..

2. Can I use the rent receipt for all the 3 that is available at the book stores??

17 May 2012 It is ok but the transactions should be genuine and details mentioned on the receipt should be correct and verifiable.

17 May 2012 absolutely they are genuine..not to worry abt it...but thank u sir for the info...have another question though...

1. if we have employees who are gettin conveyance of 5k every month in cash, wht shud they submit to prove as an evidence because wen we give cash to them, we let them sign a voucher of our company which acts as a proof tht they hv taken money for their conveyance, but wht is tht they shud submit.?? considering tht they travel by only rickshaw nothing else...
