Is there any criterial of minimum capital to add a word "ASIA" or ASEAN" in a company name????

Earlier As per Name Availability Rules 2011 minimum capital was required to incorporate by using specific words but in today the minimum authorised capital criteria is for only NBFC company and not for other.
