16 November 2010 Dear Experts

One of our supplier changes the name from" XYZ Carrying corporation" to XYZ Logistics Pvt LTD". What are the required for name changes our books. And also invoices accounted in the name of XYZ Carrying corporation but payment should be made in new name.

Kindly advist me .

16 November 2010 It is advisable to change the name in your books for your own convenience.

Use old name in brackets along with new name.

First of all you confirm from supplier that they have change the accounts also and Payment should be made accordingly.
