30 October 2010 Hello Sir/ Madam

Myself Ashish Bhatt. I am a ca final course student of icai. I need help. My full Name is Ashish Bhatt. But in my School docucuments & with ICAI its just Ashish. A wanna change this to my real name with institute. please help me what is the process for this. Its urgent plz help me..

30 October 2010 Dear Ashish

The name of student is being registered in the Institute on the basis of document submitted by student at the time of registration. If in the next future any change in name is happened then, please make an application to Institute for change in name with supporting documents.

I have Pan Card & Bank Pass Book of my Full Name???

Is there any Legaly processure for chnaging the Name.
