what are the documents required to submitted to apply for change in the name of a women after marriage in PAN card?

Copy of Old PAN card alongwith, the following with New Name
For Proof of Identity (Copy of any one of the following):
1. School leaving certificate
2. Matriculation certificate
3. Degree of a recognised educational institution
4. Depository account transaction statement (for a period not exceeding one year prior to date of application)
5. Credit card
6. Bank account statement (for a period not exceeding one year prior to date of application)
7. Water bill
8. Ration card
9. Property tax assessment order
10. Passport
11. Voter's Identity Card
12. Driving License
13. Certificate of identity signed by a Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councilor or a Gazetted Officer.

1. Electricity bill (for a period not exceeding one year prior to date of application)
2. Telephone bill (for a period not exceeding one year prior to date of application)

There is no special requirement for change in the name of a women after her marriage,,
one should first get a proof with new name and then apply for New Pan

Let me tell you that for change of name after marriage you have to apply for a fresh PAN card along with the following documents
1) Marriage invitation Card or Certificate
2) Address proof that can be a bank account with new address
3) Recent Color Photograph
You can file the same online and send the documents along with the computer generated form of PAN acknowledgement
