Dear Monic,
Due date for filing revised returns as per Sec.20(4)(a) of The MVAT Act is nine months form the end of the year to which the return or the revised return relates.
Due date for filing revised returns as per Audit u/s.61 is 30 days from the last dte of sumiting audit report.
