I am Chartered Accountant working in Internal Audit of General Insurance sector for last 4 years as Manager (Internal Audit). I wish to move from audit to accounts and finance. I have posted my resume but get calls for audit only. Can somebody please suggest how to move from audit to accounts and finance swiftly. I have worked in accounts and finance for one year in a manufacturing company 4 years ago...

26 August 2010 This is general problem while moving one department to other department.

1. You slightly correct your CV. as what are the area you can handle in F&A Instead of writing what ever you handled in Audit

2.While interview, you need to give confident to the interviewer that you can handle the F&A
