29 March 2012 Dear Abhishek,
You are not required to make new partnership deed, you need to make a new supplementary agreement to original deed for amending the particular clause, and the said agreement will have to be executed on the stamp paper bearing Rs. 100(to the best of my knowledge).
The Agreement shall give reference of the original agreement and it can be completed in one/two papers.
