Dear All please help me
if we incorporate a private company and the subscriber are foreign nationals they write the full subscription page in there own handwriting and is it required that sheet should also get notariesd by Indian Embassy of the Country in which subscribers are residing

Yes. Necessarily subscription sheet has to be attested at the concerned foreign embassy.

How did u manage. Kly explain the procedure. However, in my state the ROC insist for the procedure of atestation unless the person is present in India.

yes sir the foreign subscriber were here in person we always do so now i got the idea it must be like if foreign nationals are not in person present then only we need to notarise it is it rite sir

thanks to you sir you have shown me a new idea sir can u just help me in just one mor question how to get these papers notarised as i never did it i have been visited that kind of office that is the process of that and what supporting document they ask for

sir one more thing may be u r getting irretated with my stupid questions i apologise for that is it possible to sent subscriber sheet by courier they write in their hand writting in that and then send us back physically
